• Manufacturing of order will commence on receipt and clearance of payment of 50 % of invoice
• Manufactured goods will only be dispatched or delivered on receipt and clearance of 100 % payment of invoice
• Bank charges resulting from cash or cheque deposits must be included in the customer’s payment
• Additional work requested on orders already commenced may affect the original delivery date
• Ownership of goods and materials will remain the property of Supreme Suppliers until full and final settlement of invoices
• Goods carry a six month guarantee from date of invoice
• Guarantee does not cover any defects caused by misuse, lack or incorrect cleaning and maintenance or negligence by the customer
• If any goods are defective when bought, it should be exchanged within seven calendar days together with original invoice, no refunds will be made
• No refunds will be made on custom manufactured goods
• No refunds will be made on manufactured goods should customers experience a ‘change of mind’ or ‘change of heart’
• Goods may only be considered for exchange and return on receipt of the original invoice
• We reserve the right to levy a fifteen percent handling fee of the invoiced value on goods accepted for return
• Manufactured goods will only be considered for returns within seven calendar days after which, no refunds will be made
• Supreme Suppliers does offer a delivery service in and around Cape Town and can arrange courier services to other destinations
• Supreme Suppliers will not be held responsible for damage to goods delivered by third party delivery services
• Goods signed for as received, even if unchecked, will be considered to be accepted in good condition, any defects to unchecked goods received cannot be claimed for later.
• Travelling and delivery charges for defective goods will be for the customers account unless agreed otherwise
• Supreme Suppliers will not be held responsible for any loss of income as a result of any defective goods
